According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a notable position change was recorded for HSC RESOURCES (01850) on September 17. The transfer involved a total market value of HK$9.648 million, accounting for 13.96% of the company's holdings.

The shareholder transferred 23.25 million shares into KGI Asia, while 22.14 million shares were moved out of Huatong Securities. This shift in position marks a significant adjustment in the company's shareholder structure.

In related news, HSC RESOURCES previously announced its annual results for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026. The company reported revenue of approximately HK$433.4 million, reflecting an increase of about 15.8% compared to the previous year.
