CNNC INT'L (02302) Indirect Parent Company China National Uranium Officially Lists on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Highlighting Enhanced Market Position

Stock News12-03

CNNC INT'L (02302) announced that its indirect controlling parent company, China National Uranium Co., Ltd. ("China National Uranium" or "Parent Company"), which holds approximately 66.72% of its issued shares, officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December 3, 2025.

China National Uranium's core business encompasses the mining, smelting, sales, and trading of natural uranium resources, as well as the comprehensive utilization and sales of radioactive co-associated mineral resources such as monazite and uranium-molybdenum. Its primary products include natural uranium, rare earth chlorides, and ammonium tetramolybdate.

The listing represents an independent operational and capital arrangement for China National Uranium. The board of directors believes that the successful listing not only underscores the parent company's elevated position in the capital markets but is also expected to enhance synergies between CNNC INT'L and its parent. This development is anticipated to provide broader strategic support for the company's future growth.

CNNC INT'L's business operations will continue as usual, with expectations of benefiting from the parent company's strengthened market influence. This is likely to yield positive support in brand recognition, resource integration, and strategic expansion.
