CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01582) has appointed Mr. Jiang Wen, currently an executive director, as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 18 March 2026.

Mr. Jiang, aged 50, joined the Board on 29 September 2025 and will remain responsible for the Group’s overall business operations. He brings approximately 32 years of construction-industry experience, having held senior roles at Zhejiang Sanjian Construction Group, Zhejiang Great Wall Construction Group, Zhejiang Construction Investment Group, and Zhejiang Yijian Construction Group.

His service contract stipulates an annual remuneration of HK$0.60 million. Either party may terminate the agreement with not less than three months’ written notice.

Mr. Jiang holds qualifications in construction economics, civil engineering and industrial-and-civil architecture, and is accredited as a senior engineer in the PRC. He maintains no shareholding in CR Construction under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and has no disclosed relationships with other directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Jiang upon his appointment. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors (Mr. Zhang Guanhua, Mr. Jiang Wen, Mr. Yang Haojiang), one non-executive director (Mr. Jin Hongliang) and four independent non-executive directors (Mr. Tse Wai Chun Paul JP, Mr. Ho Man Yiu Ivan, Ms. Dong Yuk Lai Petrina, and Mr. Lai Yuk Fai Stephen JP).
