CMBC Capital Holdings Limited announced on 24 July 2026 that its board has observed an unusual rise or fall in the company’s share price. After conducting reasonable enquiries, the board confirmed the following:

• No specific corporate developments explain the price movement. • The company is not in possession of any information that must be released to prevent a false market in its securities. • There is no inside information required to be disclosed under Part XIVA of Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Management emphasised that the group’s operations remain “normal and stable” and that business activities are progressing in an orderly manner. The board is unaware of any material matters warranting disclosure.
