The acquisition was executed at a per-share price of HKD 15.5359, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 4.6608 million. Following this purchase, the chairman's latest shareholding count stands at around 541 million shares, which corresponds to a 51.73% ownership stake in the company.
This move underscores the chairman's continued confidence in the company's prospects.
