Dynasty Wines has advised shareholders that unaudited consolidated profit for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is projected to come in between HK$0.40 million and HK$1.20 million, a steep decline of roughly 85%–95% from the HK$8.20 million recorded a year earlier.
Management attributes the downturn primarily to a “significant decrease in sales revenue” triggered by weakening demand in China’s wine market. The impact was partially mitigated by higher other income—mainly the write-off of long-aged payables—and lower administrative expenses.
In response to softer market conditions, the Group has intensified cost-control measures and pivoted its product mix toward lower-alcohol offerings, including sparkling wines and free-run juice, in an effort to stimulate demand.
The figures are based on a preliminary review of draft unaudited management accounts. Final interim results are scheduled for release by the end of August 2026, after review by the audit committee and external auditor.
The Board urges shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the confirmed results are published.
