Keep repurchases 76,700 shares for HK$0.15 million; treasury stock rises to 11.90 million

Keep Inc. disclosed that on 22 July 2026 it bought back 76,700 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$1.86 to HK$1.98, for a total consideration of HK$0.15 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$1.8943 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 498.46 million to 498.38 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 11.90 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 510.28 million.

The latest buyback represents 0.0154% of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 4 June 2026, which authorises up to 50.24 million shares. To date, 4.04 million shares—0.80% of the share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

In addition, 3.52 million shares repurchased between January and April 2026 are still awaiting cancellation, equivalent to roughly 0.71% of current issued shares.

Under listing rules, Keep is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 August 2026.
