Rimbaco to Hold 4 Aug 2026 EGM on Proposed Name Change to “SFQ Global Limited”

Rimbaco Group Global Limited (Stock Code: 01953) has issued a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 4 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Hong Kong. Shareholders will vote on a single special resolution to:

• Approve changing the English company name from “Rimbaco Group Global Limited” to “SFQ Global Limited”, and • Adopt “賽孚迅國際有限公司” as the Company’s dual foreign (Chinese) name, both subject to approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

If the resolution passes, any one or more directors will be authorised to undertake all necessary filings and formalities in the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong to implement the new names.

Key administrative details:

• Proxy arrangements: Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. • Share register closure: Transfers will be suspended from 30 July 2026 to 4 August 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders wishing to vote must lodge share transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 29 July 2026. • Contingency: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, “extreme conditions”, or a “black” rainstorm warning is in effect after 7:00 a.m. on the meeting date, the EGM will be postponed; a new schedule will be announced on the company and HKEX websites.

The board is currently composed of two executive directors—Chairperson and CEO Iu Ching and Dr. He Yu—and three independent non-executive directors: Wong Chi Wai, Xiong Zeke and Zhou Yi.
