Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited (Wisdom Education) has scheduled a board meeting for Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
The agenda will include:
1. Approval of the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2026.
2. Consideration of a potential interim dividend recommendation.
The current Board comprises six directors: executive directors Ms. Li Suwen, Mr. Liu Xuebin and Mr. Li Jiuchang, alongside independent non-executive directors Prof. Sun Kai Lit Cliff, BBS, J.P., Mr. Poon Ha Fung and Mr. Huang Weiguo.
