PEGBIO CO-B Announces Appointment of Guo En-ting as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

PEGBIO CO-B (02565) has announced that Mr. Zou Xinglong has resigned from his positions as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and Legal Process Agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, effective April 1, 2026. Following Mr. Zou's resignation, Ms. Guo En-ting has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from the same date. Mr. Huang Yifeng will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
