TCL showcased its advancements in artificial intelligence at the China International Supply Chain Expo, highlighting practical applications across research and development efficiency, manufacturing enhancement, innovative products, and industry collaboration.
The company revealed it has integrated approximately 500 AI-driven "silicon employees" into its operations, achieving a workflow penetration rate exceeding 30% and deploying more than 10,000 intelligent agents. TCL has concentrated on applying AI to core business areas such as R&D, production, supply chain management, and product innovation over recent years, generating over 2.5 billion yuan in comprehensive benefits.
In the R&D and manufacturing sectors, TCL has deeply implemented its three self-developed foundational models—"Xingzhi," "Fuxi," and "Shenlan"—across its entire industrial portfolio, including semiconductor display, smart terminals, new energy photovoltaics, and semiconductor materials. AI applications in these areas have reportedly boosted software R&D efficiency by 30% and component development efficiency by 75%.
For whole-home smart scenarios, TCL is leveraging AI to transform product experiences for televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines. The company has launched several smart terminal products and solutions, such as AI image processing, AI health-sleep air conditioners, an original deep-freeze dual-magnet preservation refrigerator, and an AI super-drum washer-dryer combo. These innovations aim to shift from passive response to proactive service, enhancing comfort and convenience in users' home lives.
Furthermore, Gechuang Dongzhi, an industrial AI enterprise incubated by TCL, featured its nationally recognized cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platform, the Dongzhi Platform. This platform has been extended to over 20 specialized sectors, serving more than 30,000 manufacturing enterprises. As of May 2026, the Dongzhi Platform has connected over 1.23 million industrial devices, supports compatibility with more than 1,000 industrial protocols, has accumulated a total data volume exceeding 3,000 terabytes, and hosts over 36,000 industrial models.
