Authorised / registered share capital • Total authorised share capital stood at 626.08 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. • Composition: 167.98 million unlisted domestic shares and 458.09 million H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Issued shares and treasury shares • Issued share capital was unchanged at 626.08 million shares. • No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and no new shares were issued. • The H-share component remained at 458.09 million shares; domestic shares totalled 167.98 million.

Capital-raising instruments • The company reported no outstanding or newly issued share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Public float compliance • RECBIO-B confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of its issued H-shares.

Governance affirmation • Director Liu Yong certified that all regulatory and filing obligations under Hong Kong listing rules and relevant legislation have been fully met.
