CSSC SHIPPING Keeps Share Base Unchanged in July; HK$2.34 Billion 0.75% Convertible Bonds Could Add 978 Million Shares

CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited reported no movements in either issued or treasury shares for the month ended 31 July 2026. Outstanding ordinary shares remained at 6.20 billion, with zero treasury stock, ensuring full compliance with Hong Kong’s 25% public-float requirement.

Share-based incentives under the April 2021 option scheme totalled 19.80 million outstanding options—14.04 million at an exercise price of HK$1.32 and 5.76 million at HK$1.15. No options were exercised during the period, leaving the potential dilution unchanged. The scheme still authorises up to 441.36 million additional shares for future grants.

Convertible financing also remained static. The company’s HK$2.34 billion 0.75% guaranteed convertible bonds due 2031 carry a conversion price of HK$2.39 and, if fully converted, would issue up to 978.24 million new shares.

No warrants, additional share agreements, or other equity movements were recorded, and no funds were raised through equity issuance in July.
