Wuliangye Group, based in Yibin, Sichuan, has been added as a new shareholder. At the same time, the company's registered capital increased from approximately 1.27 billion yuan to about 2.04 billion yuan.
Public information indicates that the company was established in February 2021. Its legal representative is Yue Yujie, and its business scope covers financial leasing services. The company is now jointly held by Yibin Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the aforementioned new shareholder.
