HUASHI GROUP Proposes Appointment of New Auditor Following Current Firm's Retirement

HUASHI GROUP (HKEX: 01111) has announced that BDO Limited, the company's independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, will retire upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026.

Following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Mazar Asia (Hong Kong) CPAs Limited as the company's new auditor.

This appointment, subject to shareholder approval via an ordinary resolution at the Annual General Meeting, is intended to take effect upon the retirement of BDO and to last until the conclusion of the company's next Annual General Meeting.
