China's Securities Regulator and Singapore's Monetary Authority Hold 10th Bilateral Regulatory Dialogue

The 10th China-Singapore Securities and Futures Regulatory Roundtable was successfully convened in Singapore on June 29, 2026, by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

CSRC Vice Chairman Liu Haoling and MAS Deputy Managing Director Ho Hern Shin attended the meeting and delivered opening remarks. Both parties reviewed the practical outcomes achieved in capital market cooperation between the two nations in recent years. These achievements include strengthening collaboration on stock market indices, deepening the mutual access scheme for exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and enhancing securities regulatory cooperation. The discussions covered a wide range of topics in depth, including the latest developments in market reforms within each jurisdiction, the operation and regulatory enforcement of capital markets in the context of advancing technologies, and the cross-border business activities and supervision of the securities and futures industry.

The meeting was attended by over 40 participants, including MAS Assistant Managing Director Lin Duanli, relevant department heads from the CSRC and MAS, and industry representatives from both sides' stock exchanges, joining both in person and online.
