U-PRESID CHINA Reports Annual Profit Attributable to Shareholders of RMB 2.05 Billion, Up 10.88%

U-PRESID CHINA (00220) announced its final results for the year 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB 317.14 billion, representing an increase of 4.56% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the year was RMB 2.05 billion, a rise of 10.88% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 47.47 cents, and a final dividend of RMB 47.47 cents per share for 2025 is proposed.

The announcement stated that in 2025, China's consumer market progressed steadily amid structural optimization. The country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 5.0% year-on-year, while total retail sales of consumer goods increased by 3.7%. Driven by policy support and technological innovation, the consumer market entered a phase of high-quality development characterized by steady total growth, structural optimization, business model innovation, and regional coordination. As a core engine of the economy, consumer spending has cemented China's position as the world's second-largest consumer market.
