CGS names Executive Director Qu Yanping to Board Compliance and Risk Management Committee

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has appointed Executive Director Qu Yanping as a member of the Board’s Compliance and Risk Management Committee, effective 30 March 2026. The move follows a resolution by the Board of Directors, chaired by Wang Sheng.

Upon her addition, the committee will operate with enhanced executive representation, reinforcing oversight of regulatory compliance and risk controls. The Board now comprises three executive directors (Wang Sheng, Xue Jun and Qu Yanping), four non-executive directors (Yang Tijun, Li Hui, Huang Yan and Song Weigang) and four independent non-executive directors (Law Cheuk Kin Stephen, Liu Li, Ma Zhiming and Fan Xiaoyun).

The announcement was released in Beijing on 30 March 2026 and was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Sheng.
