Midea Group (00300) has announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled or waived. The issuance of bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.624 billion due in 2027 and bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 8.624 billion due in 2033 was completed on May 13, 2026. An application for the listing of these bonds on the Vienna MTF, operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange, was submitted on the same date.
