CRRC (01766) announced that its board of directors convened a meeting on April 29, 2026. The board reviewed and approved a proposal regarding adjustments to the members of the special committees of the fourth board of directors. It was agreed that Mr. Wang Feng will serve as a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. Ms. Yi Ran will no longer serve as a member of the committee.
