This delay constitutes a breach of Rule 13.46(2) of the Listing Rules. The company will issue a further announcement in due course to inform shareholders of the new dispatch date for the 2025 annual report. At the company's request, trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, and will remain suspended until further notice.
