Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. The agenda includes reviewing and approving the first-quarter consolidated results for the period ended 31 March 2026 and authorising their publication.
The notification, dated 31 March 2026 and signed by Chairman and General Manager Mr. Zeng Yuqun, confirms that the session will also address other routine matters. The current board consists of six executive directors—including Mr. Zeng—and three independent non-executive directors.
