Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant position transfer for SD GOLD (01787) on June 29.
The total value of the transferred positions amounted to HK$527 million, representing 3.07% of the relevant holdings.
In the transaction, a shareholder moved 25.313 million shares to BNP Paribas and transferred 23.3746 million shares out from Citibank.
Separately, SD GOLD announced it will pay a final dividend of HK$0.207142 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, with the payment date set for July 28, 2026.
