Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (“SAIMO”) has signed a joint-venture contract with Robert Bosch Internationale Beteiligungen AG and Bosch (China) Investment Ltd., both controlled by Robert Bosch GmbH. The parties will establish Saishi Space Intelligence (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB32.00 million.
SAIMO will contribute RMB20.00 million for a 62.50% stake, while RBINT and RBCN will inject RMB8.00 million (25.00%) and RMB4.00 million (12.50%), respectively. The new entity will focus on software development, technology R&D and transfer, promotion, consulting, and computer system services.
The joint venture’s board will comprise three directors—two nominated by SAIMO and one by Bosch. Within 30 days of receiving its business licence, the joint venture is expected to execute an asset transfer agreement with Bosch (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., assuming existing customer contracts subject to counterparty consent.
As SAIMO holds the majority equity interest, the joint venture will be treated as a subsidiary and fully consolidated into SAIMO’s financial statements. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that the transaction does not require notification under Chapter 14 listing rules.
SAIMO’s board asserts that establishing the joint venture broadens the group’s business scope and positions it to capture new growth opportunities. The voluntary announcement was released in Hong Kong on 27 April 2026.
