The positive momentum follows remarks on Sunday from U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, who expressed confidence in securing Republican support to end the shutdown for most government agencies within days. Furthermore, the House is scheduled to debate reforms on immigration and Customs enforcement in the subsequent two weeks.
