According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Legend Holdings Corporation increased its holdings in Lenovo Group (00992) by 30 million shares on October 16, at a price of HK$27.3673 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$821 million.

Following the increase, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 5.794 billion shares, representing a 45.17% stake.

Supplementary information: Please refer to the announcement of Lenovo Group Limited dated January 8, 2025 relating to completion of its issuance of warrants for further details. Pursuant to and subject to the terms of the warrants instrument, initial warrantholders shall first offer their respective warrants to Legend Holdings Corporation prior to any exercise, sale and/or disposal of the warrants.
