On October 29, 2026, Citigroup Inc. disposed of 1.93 million shares of SD GOLD (01787) at an average of HKD 0.0000 per share, involving about HKD 0, cutting its holding below 5%; the change arose from a decrease in shares held in the lending pool and was not a direct secondary-market dealing.

On the same day, Citigroup Inc. increased its short position by borrowing shares under a securities lending agreement; this was not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, Citigroup Inc.’s long position in SD GOLD was 51.11 million shares, representing 5.13%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 49.18 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.94%. Its short position rose from 29.07 million shares (2.92%) to 31.43 million shares (3.15%).
