距去年8月成功赴美上市不到一年时间，小鹏汽车便筹备回港IPO欲“双重上市”。
6月24日晚8时，小鹏汽车发布了招股说明书补充公告称，将发行8500万股A类普通股作为全球发行的一部分，香港公开发售425万股A类普通股，股票代码为“9868”。小鹏汽车表示本次香港公开发行的最高发行价为每股180港元或23.19美元(相等于每ADS 46.39美元)。
