New Media Lab Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, and the shareholder circular dated 13 April 2026 are now available on both the company’s website and HKEXnews.

The shareholder circular outlines two principal proposals to be tabled at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 14 May 2026: 1. Re-election of directors. 2. Renewal of general mandates authorising the board to issue new shares and to buy back shares.

A proxy form for the AGM has been distributed, and shareholders may submit the form via the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Limited.

Key logistics highlighted in the notice include: • Shareholders who have not provided a valid email address can opt to receive future corporate-communication alerts electronically by submitting the enclosed reply form. • Printed versions of the corporate communications will continue to be dispatched upon written request, with each standing request expiring 12 months after receipt unless renewed. • The 2025 ESG Report is available exclusively in electronic format; printed copies can be requested through the registrar.
