WINTO GROUP 2025 ESG Report: Greenhouse Gas Emissions Cut by 12.50%, Zero Safety Incidents Logged

WINTO GROUP released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, covering operations from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 across its exhibition, publishing, online beauty and luxury goods businesses. The Board-led assessment highlighted employee health and safety, labour standards, intellectual property, customer data protection and anti-corruption as the five most material issues for the year.

Environmental Performance • Total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions fell to 14 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, a 12.50% drop from 16 tonnes in 2024. Scope 2 electricity accounted for 11 tonnes, while Scope 3 paper use contributed 3 tonnes; no Scope 1 emissions were recorded. • Electricity consumption rose 42.86% year-on-year to 20,000 kWh, calculated with a combined margin emission factor of 0.40 tCO₂e/MWh. • Office paper usage remained stable at 600 kg, generating 3 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent. Magazine recycling recovered 3 tonnes of paper, avoiding 15 tonnes of potential emissions. • Advertising waste held flat at 1 tonne, and no hazardous waste was generated. • No business air travel occurred during the year.

Social Metrics • Headcount stood at 11 full-time employees, all based in China; gender split was 67% male and 33% female. Age distribution was 58% aged 18–25, 8% aged 26–35, 26% aged 36–45 and 8% aged 46 or above. • Two departures during the year placed staff turnover at 18.18%. • Average training reached 6 hours per employee, with equal access for both genders. • The company recorded zero work-related fatalities, injuries or lost days, maintaining full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Governance and Compliance • No material breaches were reported in employment practices, health and safety, intellectual property, data privacy or anti-corruption. • All directors and employees are bound by a formal anti-bribery policy; no concluded legal cases on corruption were reported. • Suppliers are evaluated continually on product quality and environmental credentials, with preference given to eco-friendly partners.

Community Engagement The Group continued to support initiatives aimed at assisting under-privileged groups and encourages employees to volunteer in their spare time.

WINTO GROUP aims to further reduce emissions and non-hazardous waste through efficiency gains in resource and energy use during the coming year.
