USPACE (1725) Announces Strategic Agreement with Quanzhou Zhongke Xingqiao to Advance Aerospace Projects

USPACE Technology Group Limited (Stock Code: 1725) announced on 13 November 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gang Hang Ke (Shenzhen) Space Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Quanzhou Zhongke Xingqiao Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. on 11 November 2025. According to the announcement, the collaboration aims to promote commercial aerospace, digital economy, and low-altitude economy projects, including developing a global commercial space-ground link network base, satellite ground receiving stations, and the aerospace big data science and technology innovation center.

The two parties intend to form a joint venture company in Guangzhou, with Gang Hang Ke and Zhongke Xingqiao holding 51% and 49% equity shares respectively. The new entity is expected to pursue multiple industrial initiatives such as remote sensing satellite “Constellation Program” and intelligent low-altitude management platforms. The company stated that, if materialized, the joint venture could broaden USPACE’s existing aerospace business. Further details will be confirmed in a formal agreement. USPACE has advised shareholders and investors to exercise caution as the cooperation framework does not guarantee the establishment of the joint venture.
