Signings: Quality Projects Favor Wujiang
Jiandan Youwei (Youwang) Intelligent Life Robot Industry and Headquarters Base Project. On September 16, the Jiandan Youwei (Youwang) Intelligent Life Robot Industry and Headquarters Base Project was signed. The Jiandan Youwei (Youwang) Intelligent Life Robot Industry and Headquarters Base Project is an important strategic move for the enterprise to deepen its presence in Suzhou and expand its manufacturing footprint. With a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan, the project will land in Wujiang District and be planned and constructed in four phases, covering an intelligent manufacturing base, a core R&D center, and a headquarters building. After reaching full production, it is expected to generate over 10 billion yuan in new annual output value.
Puluton High-End Vortex Spinning Project. On September 17, the Puluton High-End Vortex Spinning Project was signed. The Puluton High-End Vortex Spinning Project is located in the Fuxiang High-End Textile Industry Cluster in Taoyuan Town, with a planned total investment of 2 billion yuan, covering approximately 88 mu of land, adding approximately 180,000 square meters of building area, and introducing 240 of the latest vortex spinning machines. After the project is completed and reaches full production, it is expected to produce 200,000 tons of various high-quality vortex spun yarns annually, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan.
Groundbreaking: Construction Boom Sweeps Across the District
Weikang Probiotics' Two Major Projects. On September 28, the groundbreaking ceremony for Weikang Probiotics Suzhou No. 2 Factory (Phase II) Strain Industrialization Project and the expansion and production launch ceremony for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's first batch of bio-manufacturing pilot-scale platforms were held. The expanded and operational Weikang "Functional Probiotic Strain CRDMO Pilot Platform" focuses on the key links from laboratory research and development to industrial application of probiotic strains, integrating strain screening, safety evaluation, pilot-scale verification, clinical trials, and inspection and testing. The Weikang Probiotics Suzhou No. 2 Factory (Phase II) Strain Industrialization Project, which broke ground on the same day, has a total investment of 800 million yuan and plans to build intelligent production lines and smart warehouses with an annual capacity of 600 tons of highly active strains, as well as the Weikang Biological Agriculture Headquarters and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Key Laboratory for Agricultural Probiotic Development and Utilization. The project integrates AI process control, digital twins, and intelligent manufacturing systems. After production begins, it is expected to add over 800 million yuan in annual output value, propelling Weikang toward its goal of producing 1,000 tons of probiotic raw powder annually.
Pingwang Town Zhujiangqiao Area Industrial Organic Renewal Project. On September 28, the Pingwang Town Zhujiangqiao Area Industrial Organic Renewal Project broke ground. With a total investment exceeding 1 billion yuan, this project is a benchmark demonstration area for the transformation and upgrading of Yinghu Industrial Park. The Zhujiangqiao area renovation covers approximately 105 mu. Currently, the area has successfully introduced a batch of quality enterprises, with industrial directions covering high-end textiles, new materials, optoelectronic technology, and other fields.
Suzhou Chuangfeng Optoelectronic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Wet Process Equipment Project. On September 21, the foundation stone was officially laid for the annual assembly of 300 sets of wet process equipment project of Suzhou Chuangfeng Optoelectronic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., located in Wujiang Development Zone. Suzhou Chuangfeng Optoelectronic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Chuangfeng Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. The project landing in Wujiang Development Zone has a total investment of 800 million yuan and will be built into a wet process equipment production base integrating headquarters, R&D, and production, covering 54.6 mu of land. It is planned to be completed and put into production by June 2028, with an annual output value of approximately 3 billion yuan after reaching full production. It will further improve the electronic information industry chain layout of Wujiang Development Zone and provide strong support for the localization and collaboration of semiconductor equipment.
Gelin New Materials Temperature Control System Equipment R&D and Production Base Project. On September 14, the Gelin New Materials Temperature Control System Equipment R&D and Production Base Project, located in Qidu Town, broke ground. Suzhou Gelin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has long been deeply engaged in the track of refrigeration and temperature control equipment components and complete system units. The newly started temperature control system equipment R&D and production base project has a total investment of 300 million yuan and covers 16.7 mu of land. After the project is completed and reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of over 15,000 units (sets) of specialized temperature control equipment and AI servers, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of over 500 million yuan, becoming a new breakthrough point for the quality improvement and capacity expansion of the regional equipment manufacturing industry chain.
Dingjiang Medical Warehousing and Nutrition & Health Operations Integrated Center Project. On September 14, the Dingjiang Medical Warehousing and Nutrition & Health Operations Integrated Center Project, located in Pingwang Town, broke ground. With a total investment of 490 million yuan, covering 57.86 mu of land and adding approximately 61,800 square meters of building area, the project will create a modern medical industry comprehensive base integrating medical material warehousing, professional logistics distribution, and nutrition and health product operations. After the project is put into use, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 600 million yuan, further improving the regional medical and health industry chain and helping Wujiang's health and wellness industry develop on a larger scale and at a higher level.
Production Launch: Capacity and Benefits Accelerate Release
Omet (Suzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd. On September 9, Omet (Suzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd. held an opening ceremony, officially launching its high-end flexographic printing machine production line, dedicated to building Omet Group's China intelligent manufacturing base. Omet's headquarters is located in Italy, focusing on the production of narrow and medium-width printing machines, paper processing equipment, and special bearings. Omet (Suzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd. is Omet's first overseas factory, mainly producing and selling bearings, elevator components, electrical contact switches, and other products. Since landing in Wujiang Development Zone in 2007, Omet and Wujiang have pursued a two-way journey, growing into a shining名片 of Wujiang's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
Wujiang Textile Circular Economy Industrial Park First Batch of Entering Projects. On September 10, the first batch of projects entering the Wujiang Textile Circular Economy Industrial Park, located in Shengze Town, officially went into production. The Wujiang Textile Circular Economy Industrial Park has a planned total land area of 4,183.8 mu and a planned total investment of 18 billion yuan. The industrial park is positioned to build an international first-class (near) zero-carbon modern industrial park, introducing low-energy-consumption and low-emission production technologies, building green workshops integrating photovoltaic systems and energy-saving equipment, planning green space systems, zero-carbon logistics, and other low-carbon emission supporting facilities, and constructing a full-chain green circular development economic system for the printing and dyeing industry. A total of 6 projects were put into production this time, namely 4 relocation and upgrading projects of Shenghong Group's Feixiang Branch, Knitting Branch, Zhendong Branch, and No. 2 Branch, as well as the Wujiang Textile Circular Economy Industrial Park Environmental Improvement Project and the Shenghong Environmental Technology Wastewater Pretreatment and Reclaimed Water Reuse Project Phase I. The total investment of the projects exceeds 3 billion yuan. After full production, the annual processing of printed and dyed fabrics will exceed 600 million meters, and the estimated new output value will exceed 1.3 billion yuan.

It mainly focuses on nanoscale high-precision platforms and direct drive technology, providing a complete set of solutions from design to manufacturing for the high-end intelligent manufacturing industry, achieving efficient and rapid delivery.
