According to the administrative penalty decision published by the Baiyin City Branch of the People's Bank of China, the bank was found guilty of multiple violations. These included submitting false or misleading statistical reports—specifically misclassifying loans to enterprises of varying sizes—delayed submission of account closure documents to the central bank, and withholding fiscal deposits or funds in centralized treasury payment operations. As a result, the bank received a formal warning and a fine totaling 257,800 yuan.
