PA GOODDOCTOR Reports 45.8% Surge in Adjusted Net Profit for Q1

PA GOODDOCTOR (01833) announced that for the reporting period, driven by the deepening of its integrated medical and insurance model and the rapid advancement of its corporate health management business, the company achieved total revenue of 1.159 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.1%. The adjusted net profit reached 84.4 million yuan, representing a significant growth of 45.8% compared to the same period last year.

During the period, within the commercial insurance synergy business, the mutual empowerment between the company and Ping An Group intensified. The company continued to refine its membership service system deeply integrated with insurance products, enhancing their appeal. It also utilized a wide range of medical and health service benefits to support scenario-based marketing and customer acquisition for insurance.

In the corporate health management segment, the company accelerated its expansion among corporate clients, strengthened its product and service capabilities, and deepened online/offline operational conversions. By the end of the reporting period, the number of paying corporate clients served over the past 12 months exceeded 7,500, a surge of nearly 89% year-on-year. Concurrently, the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of the corporate health management business showed continuous growth.

The company is persistently building its "Four Reaches" service system to create a closed-loop service across all scenarios and multiple touchpoints. It is also actively incorporating third-party service providers to enrich its service and product offerings. For the "Online Reach," the number of users utilizing the AI doctor continued to grow during the period, surpassing 5.6 million people. For the "In-Hospital Reach," the company promoted the coverage of its one-click scan-and-pay service for scenarios like corporate health management offline medication purchases, now covering approximately 111,000 pharmacies nationwide. For the "Home Reach," the number of clients qualified for home-based elderly care services further expanded, exceeding 290,000 by the period's end. For the "Enterprise Reach," new on-site corporate clinics were established, enhancing service perception and experience for employees.

Throughout the reporting period, the company continued to deepen the construction and application of its AI capabilities. By leveraging a combination of "AI plus real doctors," it has built a differentiated advantage, providing users with professional and compassionate service. Through the deep application of AI technology, the quality and efficiency of the company's professional medical services have improved significantly, with the accuracy rate of multi-disciplinary team (MDT) treatment plans for complex diseases reaching approximately 95%. Looking forward, the company will accelerate the deployment of AI across more scenarios, including professional medical services and the innovation of integrated medical-insurance products.
