The city government of Chizhou in Anhui Province has issued a three-year action plan for the development of its commercial space industry covering the period from 2026 to 2028.
The plan outlines key objectives, including seizing the strategic development window to establish the city as a hub for innovation in the commercial space sector.
It sets a target for the total scale of the entire industry chain to surpass 100 billion yuan by 2028.
Additional goals involve attracting and aggregating over 40 core enterprises within the industry.
The plan also aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 12 rocket launches, 100 satellite payloads, and more than five benchmark application scenarios.
