Techtronic Industries Company Limited disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 3 August 2026 detailing its latest share capital position and repurchase activity.

Issued share capital unchanged • Opening and closing balances for ordinary shares on 31 July 2026 and 3 August 2026 were identical at 1.83 billion shares, indicating no new issuance or cancellation was completed during the period.

Latest repurchase details • On 3 August 2026 the company bought back 20,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$131.20 and HK$133.90, for a total consideration of HK$2.65 million. • All 20,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation; none will be held as treasury shares.

Pending cancellations from recent buybacks • Including the 3 August transaction, 188,000 shares repurchased between 24 July and 3 August 2026 remain outstanding pending cancellation. • The aggregate cost of these yet-to-be-cancelled shares amounts to approximately HK$24.36 million, implying an average repurchase price of about HK$129.63 per share.

Utilisation of 2026 repurchase mandate • The current mandate, approved on 8 May 2026, authorises the repurchase of up to 182.98 million shares. • Cumulative buybacks under this mandate total 2.69 million shares, representing 0.15 % of the company’s issued shares as at the mandate date. • Following the latest repurchase, Techtronic Industries is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 2 September 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.

The company confirmed all repurchases were executed in compliance with the Main Board Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
