Recently, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (601186.SH) issued an announcement stating that the company's Board Secretary, Jing Jing, due to reaching the statutory retirement age, submitted a written resignation report to the company's board of directors on October 30, applying to resign from the positions of Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary.

After resigning, Jing Jing will be rehired as an external director assigned by the company to its subsidiaries.

Before China Railway Construction Corporation Limited appoints a new Board Secretary, the company's Chairman, Dai Hegen, will temporarily assume the duties of the Board Secretary.

According to public information, Jing Jing was appointed as the Board Secretary of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited on January 12, 2022, and has served in the role for more than 4 years.
