Throughout his tenure, he consistently demonstrated dedication and diligence, making significant contributions to the bank's refined financial and accounting management, capital replenishment, and international expansion. Notably, since assuming the roles of Executive Director and President, Lu Wei led the senior management team in actively implementing national development strategies, deeply advancing the construction of the "Five Leading" bank initiative, continuously strengthening risk and compliance controls, and significantly enhancing the quality and efficiency of financial management. These efforts drove the bank to achieve positive results in serving the real economy, improving comprehensive competitiveness, and realizing high-quality development. The Board of Directors of CITIC Bank highly commended and sincerely thanked Lu Wei for his important contributions during his tenure.
