MMG announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Minera Las Bambas S.A. (MLB), has entered into a revolving loan agreement with Bank of China Limited, Sydney Branch. Under the agreement, MLB has been granted a $500 million credit facility with a maximum term of three years. The funds will be used for general financing needs. The revolving facility is available for drawdown throughout the term, and any repaid amounts may be redrawn.
