HK TECH VENTURE: Wai Kay Wong Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 46.82%

On September 18, 2026, Wai Kay Wong bought 150,000 shares of HK TECH VENTURE on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 1.01 per share, involving about HKD 151,500. This is an on-exchange active trade, i.e. a direct dealing in the secondary market.

Prior to the acquisition, Wai Kay Wong's long position in HK TECH VENTURE was 370.45 million shares, representing 46.81%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 370.60 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 46.82%.
