Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials have been sent physical copies in their chosen language.
In tandem with the report’s release, Golden Leaf International confirmed the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, aligning with Rule 16.04A of the GEM Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023. This transition supports Hong Kong’s broader paperless listing initiative and covers documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.
Key operational details include: • All forthcoming corporate communications will be provided online only, unless shareholders specifically request printed versions. • Non-registered shareholders preferring to receive electronic notifications must supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. • If an email address is not provided, shareholders must proactively monitor the company’s website and HKEXnews for updates, as no separate notice will be dispatched. • Printed copies remain available free of charge upon written or email request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
