SANVO Secures Three-Year Exclusive Manufacturing Mandate from Green Circle for BocaPCM-TES Panels

Bulletin Express09-04

Hong Kong-listed SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Limited (SANVO) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with New York-listed Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited (Green Circle) on 4 September 2026. Under the terms, SANVO becomes the sole supplier and exclusive manufacturer of Green Circle’s BocaPCM-TES thermal energy storage panels for the mainland China market.

The agreement runs for an initial three-year term and will renew automatically for a further three years unless either party provides prior written notice.

Management expects the arrangement to leverage SANVO’s manufacturing platform and operational agility while allowing Green Circle to concentrate on research, product design and market expansion. The partnership is positioned to shorten time-to-market, mitigate supply-chain risks and scale production to meet rising demand for energy-saving solutions.

The board views the collaboration as a strategic step toward business diversification, targeting the substantial and growing global market for energy-efficient products.

Shareholders and potential investors are reminded that the cooperation remains subject to the execution of formal agreements; transaction completion is therefore not guaranteed. Exercise caution when dealing in SANVO securities.
