Standard Chartered to Redeem €500.00 million 0.90% Sustainability Notes on 2 July 2026

Standard Chartered PLC announced it will exercise the call option on its €500.00 million 0.90% Fixed Rate Reset Sustainability Notes due 2027.

The bank will redeem all outstanding notes on 2 July 2026 at the Call Option Redemption Amount, together with all accrued but unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the redemption date.

After settlement, the notes will be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the 2019 prospectus and final terms. Consequently, their listing on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market will be withdrawn on, or shortly after, 3 July 2026.
