Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on May 27, Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited sold 87,900 shares of Fortior (01304).
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$175.59 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$15.43 million.
Following this disposal, Temasek's shareholding in the company decreased to 1.4442 million shares, representing a 6.7% stake.
