Bulletin Express10-09

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (“CG Services”) disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 300,000 ordinary shares on 9 October 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$5.18 to HK$5.24 per share, for a total consideration of HK$1.56 million. All shares are earmarked for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

Since the 29 May 2026 authorisation, CG Services has bought back 23.01 million shares, representing 0.71% of the issued share base on the mandate date. The existing mandate permits repurchase of up to 325.83 million shares, leaving 302.82 million shares—92.97% of the mandate—still available.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 3,325.82 million shares as of 9 October 2026, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, the latest buyback triggers a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 8 November 2026—during which CG Services may not issue new shares or sell treasury shares without prior stock-exchange approval.
