CHALCO Declares RMB 0.276 Interim Dividend for 1H26; Payment Set for 23 October 2026

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (abbreviated “CHALCO”) has announced an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.276 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Based on the stated exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.15566, the cash distribution equals HKD 0.319 per H share.

Key timetable: • Ex-dividend date: 9 September 2026 • Final day to lodge share transfers: 10 September 2026 (16:30) • Book closure: 11–16 September 2026 • Record date: 16 September 2026 • Payment date: 23 October 2026

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will handle dividend disbursement and share registration at its Wanchai offices.

Withholding tax framework: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% • Non-resident individual shareholders: generally 10%; treaty rates below 10% may be applied upon entitlement, while treaty rates above 10% but below 20% will be withheld at the agreed rate; investors from jurisdictions without a tax treaty are subject to 20%. • Mainland individual investors accessing H shares through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20%.

The dividend relates to CHALCO’s financial year ending 31 December 2026 and does not require separate shareholder approval. The company’s board currently comprises three executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
