CATL (03750) Shareholder Transfers HK$1.81 Billion Worth of Shares from HSBC to Citibank

Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on December 2, a shareholder of CATL (03750) transferred shares worth HK$1.81 billion, representing 2.4% of holdings, from HSBC to Citibank.

In a separate announcement, CATL disclosed that on December 1, 2025, the company signed the "Limited Partnership Agreement for Boyu New Intelligence & Industry (Ningbo) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with investors including Boyu Tianshu (Ningbo) Investment Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Yongyuan Investment Fund Co., Ltd. As one of the limited partners, CATL will participate in the investment fund "Boyu New Intelligence & Industry (Ningbo) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)."

Upon completion of the initial closing, the fund's total committed capital reached RMB 4.001 billion, with CATL contributing RMB 500 million as a limited partner, holding a 12.497% stake in the fund.
