The model is available in three variants: Flash Charge Honor, Flash Charge Excellence, and Flash Charge Flagship, with official guide prices ranging from 409,800 yuan to 469,800 yuan. Mandopop singer Wang Leehom was announced as the 500,000th owner of a Denza vehicle and the first owner of the N9 Flash Charge Edition. This launch coincides with the fourth anniversary of the Denza brand's renewal, further solidifying its brand image.
The Denza N9 PHEV Flash Charge Edition is equipped across the range with the second-generation Blade Battery from BYD Company Limited. It offers a CLTC pure electric range of 420 km, with charging capabilities of 5 minutes for a quick boost and 9 minutes for a full charge, extending by only 3 minutes in temperatures as low as -30°C. Supporting infrastructure, including Flash Charge stations, is being rapidly deployed. As of May 18, over 6,000 Flash Charge stations had been built, with a target of 20,000 stations by the end of 2026.
The N9 Flash Charge Edition comes standard with the "Yi San Fang" (Easy Three-Mode) technology, enabling features such as extreme steering, compass-like U-turns, Easy Three-Mode parking, intelligent crab-walking, and a snow/rain splay mode. Powered by a 2.0T high-efficiency engine working in synergy with three electric motors, the system delivers a combined output exceeding 1,000 horsepower, achieving 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.7 seconds. It is fitted with six-piston fixed calipers, providing a braking distance of 36.4 meters from 100 km/h. Additionally, the model features the standard Cloud Chassis-A closed dual-chamber air suspension and Road Preview 2.0, paired with an anti-dizziness system.
The vehicle employs a cage-style body structure, with high-strength steel and aluminum alloy accounting for 90.5% of the build. Combined with the hybrid CTB (Cell-to-Body) integrated design, the overall torsional stiffness reaches nearly 40,000 Nm/deg. It is equipped with nine airbags. For active safety, the new model incorporates a 4E Intelligent Active Safety System comprising AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking), AES (Automatic Emergency Steering), ESA (Emergency Steering Assist), and MEB (Low-Speed Emergency Braking). For health safety, it debuts a five-in-one intelligent healthy cabin, effectively isolating various air pollutants. Addressing family travel scenarios, it includes a super child lock function to prevent accidental operations by children during rides.
In terms of assisted driving, the Denza N9 Flash Charge Edition comes standard with the "Eye of God 5.0" system, featuring the latest large-model version that builds upon full closed-loop, end-to-end architecture with newly enhanced reinforcement learning capabilities. As of May 2026, vehicles equipped with the Eye of God system have surpassed 2.99 million units, generating over 190 million kilometers of effective driving data daily. The system offers upgraded all-scenario U-turn and obstacle avoidance capabilities, along with all-scenario intelligent parking. The vehicle is also equipped with a new-generation AI smart cockpit, supporting functions like fuzzy semantic recognition, active welcome, and full-vehicle voice control. For the smart travel ecosystem, it adds support for products like the Xiaotiancai smartwatch.
The Denza N9 Flash Charge Edition is offered in nine premium exterior colors, including Dark Night Gold and Night Silver, and four interior color schemes: Agarwood Brown, Coral Red, Amber Brown, and Brocade Beige. With a wheelbase of 3125 mm and optimized layout, it features a 3.2 sqm panoramic glass roof covering all three rows.
