Spring REIT Buys Back 40,000 Fund Units for HK$58,300 on October 8

Spring REIT (01426) has announced that the fund repurchased 40,000 fund units on October 8, 2026, for a total consideration of HK$58,300.

The buyback was executed at a price ranging from HK$1.435 to HK$1.46 per unit.
