Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Projects Significant First-Half Profit Surge

Stock News07-14

Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Co., Ltd. has released its preliminary earnings forecast for the first half of 2026.

The company anticipates net profit attributable to shareholders to reach between 2.14 billion yuan and 2.37 billion yuan, representing a substantial year-on-year increase of 168.95% to 197.86%.

Key Factors Behind the Performance Improvement

The primary driver for the improved financial results is the gradual ramp-up of production capacity at the Yubang Mining project, which has led to a significant year-on-year rise in the output and sales volume of silver ore.

Additionally, during the reporting period, the average selling prices for the company's main products, including silver and tin, increased compared to the same period last year, influenced by macroeconomic conditions and shifts in market demand.

A further contributor to the profit growth was the disposal of a 60% equity stake in Shuangyuan Nonferrous Metals. This transaction generated non-recurring gains and losses totaling 454 million yuan for the company.

This amount comprises an investment income of 321 million yuan. As Shuangyuan Nonferrous was previously a company with accumulated excess losses, the equity transfer resulted in an increase in deductible losses for the parent company, which in turn reduced income tax expenses by 133 million yuan.
